Delete your Showcio Account

Information on how to permanently delete your account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

To permanently delete your Showcio account and all associated data, you can choose one of the following methods:

  1. Via the App: Sign in to your Showcio account, navigate to Settings, select Delete Account, and follow the prompts to confirm deletion.
  2. Via Email: Send an email request to showcio.official@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Once processed, your account and personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Deleted Data

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently wiped from our active databases:

  • Account Profile Details (Name, Email, Avatar)
  • Your entire Watch History
  • All created Watchlists
  • Show Ratings and Reviews
  • Personalized Preferences & Settings

Retained Data

To comply with security standards and prevent fraudulent activities, minimal logs are handled as follows:

  • Security logs and fraud prevention metadata may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
  • No other personal identifier or tracking records are kept.
