📺Watchlists
Adding a show
Navigate to any show's page and click the "+ Watchlist" button. Choose a status: Watching, Planned, Completed, On Hold, or Dropped.
Changing status
On the show page, click the Watchlist button again to open the status menu and select a new status.
Removing a show
Go to your Watchlist page (/watchlist), hover the show card, and click the trash icon in the top-right corner.
Custom Collections
From your Profile page, click "Create Collection" to make a themed playlist. Add any show via the List icon on its detail page.
🔔Reminders
Setting a reminder
On any show page, click the Calendar icon to add a reminder. Showcio will track upcoming episode dates automatically.
Managing reminders
Visit the Calendar page (/calendar) to see all your scheduled reminders, delete them, or mark episodes as watched.
Browser notifications
When you set your first reminder, your browser may ask for notification permission. Click Allow to receive push alerts when episodes drop.
⭐Ratings & Reviews
Rating a show
After marking a show as Completed, a review prompt will appear automatically. You can rate out of 10, add a reaction, and leave a one-word review.
Rating episodes
After marking an episode as watched, you'll see a quick reaction prompt. Tap an emoji or set a star rating for that episode.
Editing ratings
Currently, ratings can be re-submitted by completing the show again or marking episodes unwatched then rewatching.
📅Calendar
Viewing the calendar
Your personal calendar (/calendar) shows all shows with reminders set, organized by date. Click any date to see what's airing.
Navigating months
Use the left/right arrows at the top of the calendar to move between months.
Removing from calendar
Click the trash icon next to any reminder in the right panel to remove it from your calendar.
🔧Troubleshooting
Not receiving notifications
Check that your browser allows notifications for Showcio. In Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Site Settings → Notifications → Find showcio.com and allow.
My watchlist isn't loading
Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try logging out and back in.
Show not found in search
We're continuously adding new shows. If a title is missing, use the Contact page to let us know and we'll prioritize adding it.
Forgot my password
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email to receive a reset link.
